Market study of 10 mobile and 4 smartwatch/fitness band health apps
User Surveys
Conducted a survey with 76 responses to gain insights on user requirements and mental health difficulties.
Interviews
Conducted 14 interviews to understand users' daily routine, approaches to mental health, barriers faced in managing mental health.
SME Interview: Different methods work for different people
Analysis
Empathy Map
User empathy mapping to understand the users' actions, behaviours, pains, and gains, and establish a common ground for their needs.
Persona
Crafting persona helped us design with empathy and purpose by bringing our users to life.
Brainstorming
Explored multiple design ideas for each feature by sketching, sharing, and combining our favorite elements.
Prototyping & Testing
Wireframing
Crafted low-fidelity wireframes using design guidelines.
User Testing
Put our product to the test and our users at the center of it all.
Design System
Set design guidelines for Ecowin to aid transitioning to hi-fidelity prototypes.
Collected reusable components like buttons, form fields for efficiency, scalability and consistency.
Hi-Fi Prototype
Converted lo-fi to high-fi designs using the design system and iterated based on user testing insights.
